Judging from my admittedly cursory inspection of the search results, it seems that most of the threads consist of a help request for data about a particular transformer, with results returned only for that transformer.

So, if I have missed a general posting, I apologize for the wasted bandwidth. However, I would like to know if anyone out there has data on a Triad-Utrad SX line-to-line transformer. There are four per side, for a total of eight. Unless there are actually four windings unusual; I would have expected taps there should be only 3 leads per side. I guess I will have to get out my Ohmmeter and figure it out, but I was hoping to be spared the inductive "kick" tingle that I always seem to inflict on myself when measuring transformers.

I have posted a photo below and as you can see, it is a different style transformer I can probably figure this out using my CD and a scope, but the color-code table would save me a lot of hassle.

For series operation ohmsone solid color on each side would connect to the other color with a tracer, and the signal would be taken from the remaining two.

I don't recall the resistances off the top of my head for sure, but if memory serves always suspect at my age the resistances were near 27 ohms for two of the windings, one of them was around 21 ohms, and one was about 16 ohms.

Anyway, I used a step down ratio to lower the voltage out of my test oscillator, and it was still too hot; I added a 20 dB ohm T pad.
